Quested Consulting Ltd was established in 2020 to help media companies, platforms and start ups diversify their revenue streams and develop their value propositions to both consumers and partners.
Founder Alastair Lewis is a former Managing Director at Haymarket and Future PLC running some of the UK’s best known consumer media brands including Autocar, Stuff, FourFourTwo, How It Works and What Hi-Fi? amongst others. Alastair’s 25 years in media have seen him focus on Digital Brand Development, AI for media, Content, Audience and Commercial Growth as well as International Business Development and Partnerships, Digital Subscriptions, E-Commerce and Affiliates.
In 2019 he founded his own business, Quested Consulting, and in June 2024, Alastair was confirmed as CEO (part-time) of the global trade association, FIPP. Alongside business partner, Jeremy Clifford, Alastair has run the GNI funded ‘AI Incubator for Local News’ in the UK for local and regional news publishers since 2023.

Jeremy Clifford is an experienced journalist, editor, and digital strategist with a background in change management and building leadership teams.
He has run the editorial functions for two of the largest news publishers in the UK, led digital transformation projects and designed editorial content strategies for newsrooms around the world.
Now a qualified leadership coach, he helps newsrooms to build leadership capacity and to implement the continual demands of technology-driven change, including how to integrate AI into newsroom workflows.
He is a member of the global expert media panel hosted by world publishing organisation WAN-IFRA, working with journalists around the world in developing new editorial strategies and building leadership skills.
