National Geographic’s International Media Alliances (IMA) group works to expand the reach of the iconic National Geographic publishing and digital media products across the globe. The team supports licensing partners through business development, partnership-building, content management, and innovative publishing solutions.

Quested worked with FIPP to produce an exclusive, extensive benchmarking report into magazine and media brands around the world that have developed business models and strategies for International expansion and provided a framework for a new approach to global business development for this iconic media brand.
